I can't access my study materials online

I also cannot access any of my courses and am getting very frustrated with the new layout of the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just checked your account and it should be fixed now.
I also tried to call you but couldn't reach you.

Since we no longer have "user ID"s and people log in with their "email address" your main profile on the website had not been imported properly.

It's been a month since i posted this. I checked My Page and I don't see any "green box with your program" in it.
where do i go to see my classes???

I have extended my course up to August and I hope it wont take much longer to get to my study materials! Someone e-mailed me and said I have not paid for my courses. My facilitator here has sent an e-mail to globaltesol explaining I have paid for my course. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaase help me get this issue solved or I'll need to extend my course the 2nd time!
