I am studying this course and does anyone remember coming across these words and their definitions;
Parking Lot
Constructivism
Theory of the Learning Cycle
Behavorism
I can't find them in either the foundation manual or the on-line manual for Teaching Adults English.
Thanks for anyone's suggestions.
Janet Faulds

You know that all of these words are in the Dictionary thats were i found them
Thanks Ross for replying. But can you tell me what definition the term "parking lot" has to do with TESOL in the classroom? Does it refer to a type of list, a specific place? Have you ever read anything in the foundation manual referring to this term, "parking lot" or in any of the specialization courses? Sure I can look them up in the dictionary but how do these words/phrases apply to teaching Adults English?
My answer to ur question, now this my personal answer and anyone can correct me if i am wrong PLZZZZZZZ!

Janet, Questions that are better addressed after class objectives have been met should be posted on a flip chart called the “Parking Lot.”) Do not be afraid to use the Parking Lot (Flip chart) for questions that take time to illustrate to your class or tutoring
